Plans & billing
Every new workspace starts with a 5-day trial of Pro, no card required. You get the whole product. The only difference is AI: the trial is capped at 1,000 AI credits.
- Pro: $59 per seat per month, or $49 per seat per month billed annually. Starts at 1 seat. Every feature is included: the AI assistant and MCP, the Telegram team inbox, Telegram and email campaigns, all reports and dashboards, and Google Calendar.
- Business: $99 per seat per month, or $79 per seat per month billed annually. Minimum 3 seats. Everything in Pro, with higher allowances, unlimited pipelines and custom fields, and priority support.
- Enterprise: from 20 seats. Custom volumes, SSO, SLA, and migration help. Sales-led. Write to us.
Every member of your workspace is a billed seat. Pro starts at 1 seat. Business has a minimum of 3 seats, so a smaller team on Business still pays for 3.
- Adding a member adds a seat, billed right away and prorated for the rest of the billing period.
- Removing a member lowers your seat count. There’s no refund for the current period, since that seat is already paid through it. Your seat count never drops below your plan’s minimum.
- When every paid seat is taken, the invite dialog asks you to confirm the extra seat before the invite goes out.
What each plan includes
Section titled “What each plan includes”These allowances come with every seat. They’re pooled across the workspace, so the whole team shares one pot.

A team of 5 on Pro gets 5 Telegram accounts, 6,000 AI credits, 5,000 automation runs, 2,500 campaign messages, and 25 GB of storage. The same team on Business gets 10 Telegram accounts, 15,000 AI credits, 15,000 automation runs, 10,000 campaign messages, and 100 GB.
Some limits don’t depend on seats. Pro includes 10 pipelines and 25 custom fields per record type. Business makes both unlimited and adds priority support. Projects, tasks, docs, companies, contacts, and deals are unlimited on every plan.
Monthly allowances reset on the 1st. Sample data never counts toward plan limits.
When you hit a Pro limit, Cavyro offers Business. When you run out of Telegram accounts, it offers an extra account instead.
Choosing and switching plans
Section titled “Choosing and switching plans”Go to Settings → Billing. The plan picker shows Pro and Business side by side, with a monthly and annual toggle.
- Upgrade to Business: on a live Pro subscription, click Upgrade to Business. The change happens immediately, charged to the card on file and prorated for the rest of the period. The higher allowances apply right away.
- Switch to Pro: on Business, click Switch to Pro. The change is immediate and prorated, and unused Business time is credited to your account. Your limits drop to Pro’s caps. Your data stays.
You can’t switch to Pro while your workspace uses more than Pro allows, for example more than 10 pipelines. Bring usage under the Pro caps first, then switch.
Add-ons
Section titled “Add-ons”- Extra Telegram account: $10 per month, or $8 per month on annual billing.
- AI credit packs: 1,000 for $10, 5,000 for $40, or 20,000 for $120.
- Automation run packs: 500 for $10, 2,500 for $40, or 10,000 for $120.
Credit and run packs are one-time purchases that top up the current month only. They’re available on every paid plan.
Billing management
Section titled “Billing management”Paddle handles payment. The billing portal holds your invoices, VAT details, and payment methods. Only the owner and billing admins can manage the subscription; regular admins can’t.
