My Work

Every other page in Cavyro is workspace-wide. My Work is yours: the tasks, mentions, deals, and meetings that have your name on them, in one place.

It’s the second item in the sidebar, and it carries a count of everything that’s late.

A line at the top reads today back to you (“3 tasks due · 2 mentions waiting”), and goes quiet when nothing is late. Under it, four tabs, each with its own count.

Your assigned tasks, bucketed by how urgent the due date makes them:

  • Overdue, the only bucket that gets a color
  • Today
  • Next 7 days
  • Later
  • No due date

Subtasks stay out. They belong inside their parent. Completed tasks are hidden until you ask for them, and every row opens the same task panel a project page opens.

Who is still waiting on you. A mention appears when a teammate @-mentions you, directly or through a team or group, on any record: a deal, a contact, a company, a task, a doc page.

A mention stays open until you comment on its record. Replying is what clears it, not reading it. That’s the thing the notification bell can’t do: it loses the ask the moment the row is marked read.

Open mentions go back 90 days. A mention in a doc you don’t have access to never appears.

Open deals you’re assigned to, quietest first, so the ones nobody has touched in a while come to the top.

Everything of yours with a time on it today: meetings from your connected Google Calendar, and your pending Telegram follow-up reminders. A meeting opens its panel; a reminder opens its chat.

My Tasks used to be its own sidebar entry under Project Management. It’s now the Tasks tab here, so there’s one personal page instead of two. The old /my-tasks link still works and redirects.
