Filtering & search

Every list in Cavyro works the same way: search to find text, filter to narrow the set, sort to order it. Filters apply to the whole dataset, not just the page you’re looking at.

Type at least 2 characters and search matches partial text, case-insensitive:

  • Deals: title.
  • Contacts: first name, last name, full name, email, phone, and every social handle.
  • Companies: name, website, address fields, VAT number, registration number.

Deals can be filtered by:

  • Status (open, won, lost), priority, and source
  • Pipeline and stage
  • Assignee, contact, company, and creator
  • Value range (minimum and maximum)
  • Expected close date range
  • Custom fields

The same filters work on the pipeline board, so you can look at the board through one assignee’s eyes or only see deals above a certain value. Pipeline and stage filters don’t apply there, because the board already is one pipeline.

Contacts can be filtered by:

  • Company or deal they’re linked to
  • Job title (partial match, so “eng” finds “VP Engineering”)
  • Telegram handle (with or without the @)
  • Tag and creator
  • Created date range
  • Custom fields

Companies can be filtered by:

  • Industry, region, and company size
  • Country and city (partial match)
  • Parent company (to list its subsidiaries)
  • Linked contact and creator
  • Created date range
  • Custom fields

Every list can be sorted by its key columns, ascending or descending, including custom fields. The order is stable, so paging through a long list never skips or repeats rows.

Deleted records are archived, not destroyed. Every list has a three-way switch:

  • Active (default): only current records.
  • Archived: only deleted ones, so you can find and restore them.
  • All: both together.

Any custom field you define on deals, contacts, or companies becomes a filter. Combine it with the built-in filters freely.
