Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new workspace starts with a 5-day trial, no card required. You pick Starter or Pro as the trial plan at sign-up.

Can I import data from another CRM?

Export it as CSV and use the importer: pick the entity, map the columns (custom fields included), and run it. Notion exports have a dedicated mode. Imports dedupe against existing records and can be undone.

Can my teammates see my Telegram?

No. Your mirrored Telegram account is private by default. On Pro you can share it with chosen teammates, read-only or with reply rights, and hide individual chats even then.

Does Cavyro read my Gmail inbox?

No. Cavyro asks Google only for permission to send. Replies land in your Gmail, not in Cavyro. See Gmail.

I deleted something by mistake. Is it gone?

Deleting a contact, company, deal, or pipeline is a soft delete. Switch a list’s filter to Archived, find the record, and restore it.

Which plan do I need for the AI assistant?

The free-text AI assistant and MCP are Pro features. On Starter, the Telegram bot still runs commands like /find and /create_deal.
