AI assistant

The Cavyro AI assistant lives in Telegram: pair the Cavyro bot once and your CRM answers in chat. See Telegram for pairing.

What it can do

• Answer questions about your pipeline: “what changed this week”, “which deals are stuck”.
• Create and find contacts, companies, and deals from plain language.
• Read images: send up to 2 photos per message (a business card, a LinkedIn screenshot, a company site) and it drafts the CRM record, which you confirm before anything is saved. Images are processed and never stored.

On Starter, the bot runs slash commands only (/find, /create_contact, /create_company, /create_deal, /activity). The free-text AI agent is a Pro feature.

AI credits

The AI agent runs on credits, metered per workspace per calendar month:

• Pro includes 6,000 credits a month; each extra member seat adds 1,200. Enterprise is unlimited.
• A typical question costs a few credits; a single run is capped at 200. The exact cost depends on how much the assistant has to read and write, so the counter can settle slightly after a long answer.
• Credits reset on the 1st and never roll over.
• Slash commands, normal CRM use, and MCP never consume credits.

Track usage in Settings under Usage. When the month’s credits run out, the assistant says so, and slash commands keep working.

Conversation lifecycle

A conversation expires after an hour of inactivity, and /clear resets it manually.
