Google Calendar

Connect Google Calendar and your meetings show up inside Cavyro, matched to the contacts and deals they belong to. A Pro feature.

Each teammate connects their own Google account, per workspace, through Google sign-in. Your calendar is private to you: teammates don’t see your events.

  • Your events, kept up to date in the background. Recurring events appear as individual occurrences.
  • Each event carries its attendees, location, and Google Meet link.
  • Attendees are matched to your CRM contacts by email. Unknown attendees can be added as contacts, so the meeting connects to a real record.
  • Schedule a meeting from a deal and it lands in your Google Calendar, linked to the deal.
  • A contact’s page (and their Telegram chat panel) shows the meetings you have with them.

The “meeting scheduled” trigger fires when a new event appears on your calendar, and the “create deal” action can spin up a deal from it, linked to the matched contacts. See Automations.

If Google revokes access (password change, permission removal), syncing stops and Cavyro asks you to reconnect. Disconnecting removes the mirrored events from Cavyro; your Google Calendar itself is never touched.
