Tags

Tags are quick labels for contacts, deals, and companies. Use them for anything that doesn’t deserve a custom field: “VIP”, “Q3 push”, “Churned”.

How tags work

• Names are up to 50 characters and unique in the workspace, case-insensitively, so “VIP” and “vip” are the same tag.
• Each tag can have a color.
• A record carries a tag once, and every tag shows how many records use it.
• Any member can create and apply tags.

Filtering

Filter any list by tag to pull up everything with that label.

Deleting

Deleting a tag removes it from every record it was applied to.
