Telegram

Cavyro connects to Telegram in two ways, and they’re independent:

  • Your Telegram in Cavyro: mirror your real Telegram account, so your chat list, messages, media, and search live next to your CRM.
  • The Cavyro bot in Telegram: a bot chat where Cavyro sends notifications and where you can work with the CRM from your phone. See the bot section below.
  1. On the Telegram screen, choose Add account.
  2. Enter your phone number with country code, and optionally a label like “Work” or “Personal”.
  3. Enter the code Telegram sends you, and your cloud password if you use two-step verification.

You can link several accounts and switch between them, each with its own unread badge. Disconnect any account whenever you want and reconnect later; nothing in your Telegram is changed.

Opening a chat shows a context panel with the person behind it:

  • Cavyro auto-matches the chat to a contact by Telegram username.
  • No match? Link an existing contact or add a new one in place. Links are one to one, so a contact can be linked to a single chat.
  • Once linked, the panel shows the contact’s deals (with a shortcut to start a new one), notes, and meetings.

Group chats get a members panel with the same per-member linking.

Pair the bot from the Cavyro Assistant page: the link is single-use and expires in 15 minutes. Once paired:

  • Notifications you enabled for the Telegram channel arrive in the bot chat, with a link back to the record.
  • Commands work on every plan: /find, /create_contact, /create_company, /create_deal, /activity, /help.
  • On Pro, the bot is a full AI assistant: write in plain language, or send it a photo of a business card or a LinkedIn profile and it drafts the CRM record for you to confirm.

One bot pairing per person per workspace.

Each workspace member includes one mirrored Telegram account, pooled at the workspace level. Need more? There’s an extra Telegram account add-on. Enterprise is unlimited.
