Campaigns
A campaign sends one message, and optionally a follow-up sequence, to a filtered set of your contacts. Two channels:
- Telegram: warm broadcasts only. Messages go out from the account that already talks to each contact, into existing conversations. Cavyro never cold-messages strangers, which is what keeps your account safe.
- Email: sent from your connected Gmail address. See Gmail.
Campaigns are a Pro feature.
Building a campaign
Section titled “Building a campaign”- Pick a channel and name the campaign.
- Write the message (email campaigns also need a subject). Personalization variables fill in each contact’s details.
- Choose the audience with the same filters you use on the contact list.
- Launch now or schedule for later.
You can start from a reusable template instead: save any campaign’s content as a template, or pick one from the built-in starter gallery.
Follow-up sequences
Section titled “Follow-up sequences”Add up to 9 follow-up steps, each sent 1 to 90 days after the previous one. By default a sequence stops when the contact replies, so nobody gets a “just bumping this” after they’ve already answered.
A/B testing
Section titled “A/B testing”Give any step a second variant of the message (and subject, for email). Recipients split 50/50, and results are tracked per variant so you can see which one converts.
Pacing and daily caps
Section titled “Pacing and daily caps”Cavyro deliberately sends slowly, with a pause of 8 to 15 seconds between messages, and caps sends per workspace per day: 200 on Telegram, 300 on email. Both limits protect your accounts, and a campaign simply continues the next day.
Control while sending
Section titled “Control while sending”Pause a sending campaign and resume it later, or cancel it outright. Recipients who bounced or opted out earlier are skipped automatically.
Measuring results
Section titled “Measuring results”Each campaign has an attribution window (7 days by default, up to 90): conversions inside the window are credited to the campaign, per variant if you’re A/B testing.
