Reports & dashboards
Reports answer questions about your deals in real time. Dashboards put the widgets you care about on one screen.
Reports on every plan
Section titled “Reports on every plan”- Pipeline overview: what’s sitting in each stage right now, with open pipeline value.
- Deal funnel: where deals pile up, with a per-stage close rate.
- Revenue forecast: open deals by expected close month, with probability-weighted value.
Reports on Pro
Section titled “Reports on Pro”- Sales cycle: how long closing takes, from creation to close.
- Deals at risk: overdue and stale open deals, bucketed by severity.
- Conversion rate: of deals created in a period, what share you eventually won.
- Win/loss analysis: win rate and cycle time, sliceable by lost reason, source, or rep.
- Stage residency: average, median, and P90 days spent in each stage, from real stage history.
- Source attribution: which sources produce won deals and revenue.
- Team performance: per-rep deals, wins, cycle time, and won value.
Controls
Section titled “Controls”Every report takes a date range and one or more pipelines, and most also filter by assignee, source, and tag. Reports that support grouping let you slice by month, pipeline, stage, or assignee. Numbers are live, not cached snapshots.
Note which date the range applies to: creation date for most reports, close date for win/loss and sales cycle, expected close date for the forecast.
Who sees the money
Section titled “Who sees the money”Every member can open the reports their plan includes, but value columns are visible to admins and owners only. Members see counts, rates, and cycle times. The revenue forecast is admin-only end to end.
Saved reports
Section titled “Saved reports”Save any configured view (report, range, filters, grouping) under a name and reopen it later. Saved reports are shared with the whole workspace; the creator, admins, and owners can edit or delete them.
Dashboards
Section titled “Dashboards”Every member gets a personal “My Dashboard”, and dashboards are yours alone, not shared. Widgets include stat cards, report charts, report KPI cards, recent deals, contacts and companies, and the activity feed. Arrange them on a 12-column grid by dragging and resizing.
Customizing dashboards (multiple dashboards, adding and editing widgets) is a Pro feature; Starter keeps the standard dashboard.
