Workspaces & members

A workspace is your company’s home in Cavyro. Deals, contacts, and conversations all belong to exactly one workspace. Every new workspace starts with a 5-day trial, no card required.

There are four roles:

  • Member: works with all records. Creates and edits contacts, companies, and deals, manages tags, runs imports, views reports, and manages their own dashboards and notification settings.
  • Admin: everything a member can do, plus workspace settings, managing members and invitations, teams and groups, custom fields, webhooks, automations, and deleting pipelines.
  • Billing admin: a member who can also manage the subscription, change plans, and buy add-ons. Note that regular admins don’t get billing access.
  • Owner: one per workspace. Only the owner can transfer ownership or delete the workspace. The owner can’t be removed, and their role can’t be edited.

Ownership moves by transfer: pick a member, and the previous owner becomes an admin.

  1. Invite by email and pick a role (member, admin, or billing admin; owner is never invitable).
  2. The invite expires after 7 days. Re-inviting the same address issues a fresh link with a new 7-day window.
  3. The invitee signs in with the invited email address exactly, and the membership is created with the invited role.

One pending invite per email address at a time, and pending invites can be revoked.

Both are named collections of workspace members, with a name, description, and avatar:

  • Teams map your org structure. They also power the Telegram team inbox and team performance reports on Pro and above.
  • Groups are ad-hoc lists that cut across teams, like “launch crew”.

Mention a team or group in any comment with @ and every member gets notified. Admins manage teams and groups; anyone can mention them.
