Workspace settings

Workspace settings are managed by admins and apply to everyone in the workspace.

Basics

Section titled “Basics”
  • Name and avatar: how your workspace appears to your team.

Currency

Section titled “Currency”

Pick one of 41 currencies (EUR is the default). The currency controls the symbol, whether it sits before or after the amount, and how many decimals are shown. Some currencies display without decimals by convention, like JPY, KRW, and RSD. New deals inherit the workspace currency, and you can override it per deal.

Locale and formats

Section titled “Locale and formats”
  • Locale: controls digit grouping and the decimal mark for money, with around 45 choices.
  • Date format: six formats, from MM/DD/YYYY to D. MMMM YYYY.
  • Time format: 12-hour or 24-hour (default).

Storage

Section titled “Storage”

File attachments count toward your plan’s storage. Cavyro warns you as you approach the limit.

Deleting a workspace

Section titled “Deleting a workspace”

Only the owner can delete a workspace. Deleting hides it everywhere; contact support if you deleted one by mistake.
