Comments & activity

Every contact, company, and deal has a comment thread and an activity feed, so the discussion lives on the record instead of in a side channel.

Comments

Write rich-text comments on any record, and attach files. Automations can comment too; those show a workflow icon instead of an avatar so it’s always clear a robot wrote it.

Mentions

Mention a teammate with @ and they’re notified. You can also mention a whole team or group, which notifies every member except the person writing. Mentions only work with people in your workspace.

Reactions

React to a comment with any emoji, once per emoji per person.

Activity feed

Field changes are recorded automatically: who changed what, from which value to which, and when. Changes made by an automation are attributed to the automation, and imports and other bulk actions are visible too. The feed is per record, and the dashboard has a workspace-wide version.

Watchers

Watching a record means getting notified when it changes or gets a comment:

• The creator of a record watches it automatically.
• Watch or unwatch anything yourself, and add a teammate as a watcher when something needs their eyes.
• How those notifications reach you (in-app, email, Telegram) is up to your notification settings.

Attachments

Attach files to any record. Attachments count toward your workspace’s storage limit.
