Telegram sharing & team inbox

Your mirrored Telegram account is private by default. Nobody on your team sees it until you share it. Sharing is a Pro feature.

How sharing works

1. Open the share dialog on your Telegram account.
2. Pick teammates one by one and give each a level: Read (view and search) or Write (also reply from your account).
3. Save. Only the people you picked get access, and each of them is notified.

Sharing covers all conversations in that account except the chats you hide. Teammates you didn’t pick see nothing.

What teammates can and can’t do

• Read access: browse and search the shared inbox. There’s no compose box at all.
• Write access: reply as you. Every message records who actually sent it, and the sender’s name shows on the message.
• Destructive actions (clear history, delete or leave a chat) stay with you, the owner, always.

Hiding chats

Hide any individual chat from the team and it stays visible only to you. Handy for the personal chats that live in a work account.

Where shared inboxes show up

Teammates find shared inboxes in a Team section of the account switcher, labelled with your name and their access level. If your Telegram session drops, the inbox shows as disconnected until you reconnect.

Turning sharing off

Turn sharing off any time, on any plan. If your workspace downgrades from Pro, sharing stops granting access, and your configuration is kept in case you upgrade again.
